C. Rogers, late a guide, United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 29, 1902. April 30, 1902. Rice, late captain Company G, Seventy-seventh New York Volunteer Infantry, an issue to him an honorable discharge from said regiment, as of January eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three.
