Evans tract of land, represented by lien certificates numbered eight and thirty-eight of the series issued for the cost of improvements upon the street connecting Columbia road with Connecticut avenue extended and thence alon said avenue to the District line, which certificates have been declared by the supreme court of the District of Columbia to have been illegally ' issued; and for that purpplse there is hereby a propriated the aforesaid sum of mone , one- f of which to be paid from the revenues of ,,,$,§‘,}{,,f°'“ D*““°‘ the District of Columbia and one~half from any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
