S0`] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the pgovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Samuel S. 'alck, late of Company G, Seventeenth _ Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 12, 1903. CHAP. 1 13.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Augusta Neville Leary. January 12, mos. Leaay, late rear—admiral, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at e rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars (per month additional on account of the minor child of the said Richar P.
