Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to lace on the P pension roll, subject to the éirovisions and limitations of the pension ws, the name of John R. andsbury, late of United States Steamers Ohio and Montgomery, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate·of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
