Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rmesentatiies of the United [Mme' N0' m`] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the §_$,>1*;gnIl*;·]*éi:éus9d Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Homer Davis, late of Company I, Second Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars er month in lieu of that he is now receiving, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and times of upayment without any deduction or rebate on account of former a eged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
