ARHCIJE VIII. This agreement shall take effect and be in force when Mwsigned by the commissioners and amajoritly of themale Indians of the Crow tribe over eighteen years of age, an ratified by the Congress of the United States, and should any article in the agnieement fail of confirmation by Congress, then the whole shall be nu and void.
