Chap. 800.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Orrin L. Mann.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Orrin L. Mann, late lieutenant-colonel Thirty-ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ruby A. Stirdivant, widow of William Stirdivant, late of Company F, Forty-eighth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph W. Butz, late of Company E, Sixty-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Walton, late of Company B, Tenth Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Phillips, late surgeon One hundred and fortieth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
