Chap. 1348.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to John C. Van Campen.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John C. Van Campen, late of Company E, Ninety-third Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and Company K, Fiftieth Regiment New York Volunteer Engineers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Anna E. Draper, widow of Thomas Draper, late captain Company H, Third Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph L. Cotey, late captain Company G, Eighteenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Deming, late gunner’s mate, United States steamships Grampus and Victory, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
