Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucina Heath, helpless and dependent daughter of George C. Heath, late of Company H, Twenty-third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Maass, dependent mother of Clara Louise Maass, late hospital nurse, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
