Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repgesentatives of the United [Private, yo. 124.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Beverly Waugh Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Peusicuiucreaséd. pension roll, subject to the vprovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Beverly augh, late of Company I, Third Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate
