Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Michael Landy, late landsman, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emmett Cole, late of Company F, Eighth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Burton, widow of Thomas Burton, late of Company L, Fifth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
