Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rvipresentatives of the United [Priv¤v=. No- 1534-1 States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Jacob C_Rw,_ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Pensieu increasedpension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension ws, the name of Jacob C. Ryan, late of Company E, Thir Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that e is now
