Chap. 368.—An Act Granting a pension to Rebecca A. Mathias.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rebecca A. Mathias, widow of John C. Mathias, late captain Company A, Sixty-fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles H. Miller, late of Company K, Fourth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William H. Howard, late of Company K, Fourth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Chenowith, late of Company A, Thirteenth Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
