(Treaty.) °¤°¥°*· That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed cr§,§m(,vgbe¤¤¤ ¢¤ to place upon the books of the Treasury to the credit of the Osage tribe ` of Indians in Oklahoma the sum of sixty-nine thousand one hundred and twenty dollars, the amount due the tribe under the sixth article of V°*·’· 1*-**2- the treaty of June second, eighteen hundred and twenty-tive (Seventh Statutes at Large, page one hundred and fifty-three), being the value of fifty-four sections of land set apart by said treaty for educational purposes, per Senate resolution of January ninth, eighteen hundred _ and thirty-eight, and said sum shall be distributed to the members of ug"? ¤·¤¤¤ <¤¤¢¤¤¤- said tribe of Osage Indians in Oklahoma entitled thereto equitably per Vo1.33. v·¤¤~ capita, and paid in the same manner as provided bv the Act of April twenty-first, nineteen hundred and four, Thirty-third Statutes at Large, page two hundred and one, it being the (purpose of this provision to close said account and distribute said fun s.
