[P¤¤Ii¤» N<>· 67-] Be it enacted by t/ae Senate and House of Representatives of the United caster county, States of America in Umagress assembled, That the Secretary of the “g“‘· Treasury be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the ayment to, for _ v _ _ ¤¤i¤c¤·¤=r¤¤T¤¤¢¤¤¤ board ot county commissioners of Custer County, Montana, out of mv"' any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four thousand three hundred and fifty dollars, in full settlement of all demands against the United States for the construction of a steel bridge across the Tongue River for the accommodation of the Fort Keogh Military Reservation in Montana, according to the terms oi the contract entered into between the said board of county commissioners and D. D. Wheeler, quartermaster, United States Annoy, dated in Septem- Aww- ber eighteen hundred and ninety-seven: Provide , That said county R°°°i”' of (luster shall maintain and keep said bridge in repair without charge or expense to the United States.
