Rnmnnnn. ron AnAsKA: For the support of reindeer stations in Alaska, and for the instruction of Alaskan natives in the care and mana ement of the l'ClI1d€€1‘, nine thousand dollars; and all reindee1· owned by the United States in Alaska shall as soon as practicable be turned over to missions in or natives of Alaska, to he held and used by them under such conditions as the Secretary of the Interior shall prescribe. The Secretary of the Interior may authorize the sale of sur lus male reindeer and make regulations for the same.
