That any person who shall 0P*i§¤l°Y{°*1**¤¢¤llY copy any roll of citizenshi of the Creek, Cherokee, Choctaw, Chicka— 0 N ng` 6 c` saw, or Seminole tribes of Ilndians, prepared by or under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior, the Commission to the Five Civilized Tribes or the Commissioner to the Five Civilized Tribes, whether completed or not, or any person who shall, directly or indirectly, exhibit, sell, oder to sell, give away, oder to give away, or in any manner or by any means offer to dispose of, or who shall have in his possession, any such roll or rolls, any copy of the same, or a copy of any portion thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and punished by imprisonment for not exceeding two years: Promided.
