Glenn, budge, srl and David aid, their successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, M°· authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad, electric road, and highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at Louisiana, in the State of Missouri, in accordance with the Aw. 1>- M. provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of ridges over navigable waters," approved March Twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
