N<>· 9911 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United John R_mc0y_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¢¤5i¤¤i¤¢¤>¤S¤<i· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the ppovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of John R. cCoy, late of Company B, First Regliment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty ollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
