Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rqonesentatives of the United [Private, No. 27.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Emma ROW, Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Pension increasednsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laews, the name of Emma Rowe, widow of Charles W. Rowe, late of the Second Battery, Connecticut Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that _ she is now receiving: Provided, That in the event of the death of Guy {ZQQQQ to cmsé on VV. Rowe, helpless and dependent child of said Charles W. Rowe, the death of ehiidadditional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: And pronidedfurthen, That in the event of the death of Emma Rowe the name d Pelnsign rdlslnld On of the said Guy W.
