Foster, widow of Arthur Foster, late of Captain Sand ford’s company, First Regiment Illinois Volunteers, Black Hawk Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. - Approved, February 28, 1907.
