[Pr1vnt¤.N¤-2109-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatioes of the M2.ited Gilmnmilic States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension innréwd- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension lingws, the name of Gilbert Bailie, late of Company E, Fifty-iirst Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. · Approved, February 28, 1907.
