U)mm’N0’m5.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House cfltepresentativaes of the United .ni2°r'g¤k%iigmy’ States of America in Ocngress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°“'*°°i”°'°“°d· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension lfws, the name of Frank Holderby, alias Frank Giles, late of Company I, First Regiment, and Complany H, Fourteenth Regiment, Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay im a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Mann, late of Companies E and A, Third Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
