Nv- 2634-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and &use of Representatives of the United S_Km F,,,,8,,_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P·w¤¤¤¤¢¤>- Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to S. Kate Fisher, of Saint Paul, Minnesota, out of any moneiy in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four hun red dollars, erroneously paid by her for entry of public lands in the local land office for the district of Duluth, Minnesota, on November twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and three, which was subsequently relinquished by said S. H. Henry, of San Jose, California, the sum o six hundred and eighty-four dollars and fifteen cents to reimburse him for losses sustained by»him on account of iires started by United States troops during their occupancy of his ranch in San Luis Obispo County, California, during the summer of nineteen hundred and four.
