[Private, Nc. 606-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Gm N_ Dumb,, States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤§:¤ i¤¤r¤¤¤¤d- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the )provisions and limitations of the pension " laws, the name of George . Dutcher, late captain Company , Fifth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 12, 1906.
