Smith, late of Company B, 'l‘wenty~ second Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 19, 1906.

Brown, late lieutenant-colonel Eighth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, Vo1.29.p. 751- such pension to be in lieu of that she is now receiving under special Act of Congress approved June ninth, eighteen hundred and ninety-six. Approved, March 19, 1906.
