Brown, late lieutenant-colonel Eighth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, Vo1.29.p. 751- such pension to be in lieu of that she is now receiving under special Act of Congress approved June ninth, eighteen hundred and ninety-six.
