No- 145**1 Be it enacted by t/ae Senate and House of Representatives of the United ,‘,,.u,,,_He,,,;,,j States of America in O ress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤=*¤¤*¤¤¤‘¢¤¤¤<*- Interior be, and he is hetighy, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Martha J. Hensley, widow of Silas B. Hensley, late of Company K, Third Regiment North Carolina Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pa her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of dhat she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional for each of the minor children of said soldier until they g¤¤*•¤•· wcamou shall arrive at the age of sixteen years: Provided, That in the event ammgxgilmu. of the death of Wilson Hensle , helpless and dependent child of said Silas B. Hensley, the additional nsion herein granted shall cease and d,%{*,‘{‘,§,'§t§gld °" determine: And provided furt$, That in the event of the death of Martha J. Hensle the name of said Wilson Hensley shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dbllars per month from and after the date of death of said Martha J.
