No- 1684-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United much M_3mm_ States of America in Ocngress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension in<=¤¤¤¤¢d· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the pgovisions and l1m1tations of the pension aws, the name of Francis 1 . Ballew, late of Company F, One hundred and thirty-seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry,_and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
