Nv- M5-] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rep¢·esentat1}ves of the United mm H_E,,,,,,,,,_ States of America ta Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the 1’<=¤¤i¤¤i¤¤¤¤¤¤· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the éwovisions and limitations of the pension ws, the name of John H. versole, late of Company I, One hundred and seventy-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he 1S now receiving.
