N0- 3384] , g Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United John Welch_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤¤i<>¤i¤¤r¤¤¤¢d· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of John Welch, late of Company B, Twenty-sixth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in ieu of that he is now receiving. Wood, late captain Company M, and major, Ninth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty- five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
