Ne- 3456.] Be it enacted by the Senate and [muse of Representatives of the United Nichcm Schuc States of America in Cbngress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pe¤¤i<>¤*¤¢¤>¤¤€d· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nicholas Schue, late of Companies E and D, Thirteenth Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension_at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. r Approved, June 29, 1906.

 CHAP. 3831.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eliza Rebecca Sims.

Ne- 3457-] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Lmited mm Rcbccc, sims_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pe¤Si<>¤i¤¢re¤·¤ed· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Eliza Rebecca Sims, widow of James T. Sims, late of Captain Elmore’s company, South Carolina Volunteers, Florida Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 29, 1906.
