Authority is granted the Secretary of the Treasury to pay, from bfgggggqggthe appropriation, "P0st-office, court-house, and custom-house, Rich- ' mond, Virginia," to the Sanitary Towel Supply Company, Roscoe C. Nelson, trustee, the sum of twenty-four dollars, for towel service for the lavatories in the Shafer Building, Richmond, Virginia, during the fiscal years nineteen hundred and six and nineteen hundred and seven. Authority is granted the Secretary of the Treasury to pay from the §jg;*_g—g,¤g;v appropriation for "Post-office, Saint Louis, Missouri," the sum of x1mg¤nee¤.' twenty-two dollars and eighty-one cents to the board of public improvements of the city of Saint Louis. Missouri, for services rendered in sprinkling streets adjacent to the site of the new post- officc building at Saint Louis, Missouri, during the calendar year nineteen hundre and tive.
