For general advertising, authorized and required by law, and for A°'°*°******¤· tax and school notices and notices of changes in· regulations, four thousand five hundred dollars. For advertising notice of taxes in arrears July first, nineteen hun- '*`¤¤·"*°**'°¥°*°*°°· dred and nine, as required to be given by Act of March nineteenth, V<>*·2°· P- 24- eighteen hundred and ninety, two thousand dollars, to be reimbursed . by a charge of fifty cents for each lot or (piece of property advertised.
