Abbott be, ,,..,,d{,,,,,,_ and he is hereby, emtpowered to make entry of and acquire title to the ` south half of the son east quarter and the south half of the southwest gnrrter of section six in township ten south, range twenty-eight east, _ _ iso meridian, under the genera provisions of the homestea laws of the United States, notwithstanding he may have heretofore exhausted his right to make entry under said laws, and he shall be given credit, under any entry made by him under this Act, for the full (period of such actual residence as he may have maintained on said lan prior to the time he makes entry .under this Act.
