(bussen and Nicholas from uauimv on A. Cullen in the circuit court for the eastern district of Virginia on the ’°dgm°°°' thirty-first day of January, eighteen hundred and seventy, for the sum I of one thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight dollars and forty dollars and forty cents costs, be, and the same is hereb declared to be released and satisfied as to the estate of the said Vlhlliam J. Cussen, now deceased, and as to any estate, real or personal, acquired by the said Cussen subsequent to the date of the aid judgment and ahened by him to others during his lifetime or owned by him at the time of his death; and the United States attorne for the eastern district of Virginia is hereby authorized and directedy to mark on the order book of the court where the said judgment is recovered that the same has been satisfied.
