Terms of the district T°“'*’· court shall be held at Trenton on the third Tuesdays in January, April, June, and Se tember. At each term of the district court it ugivi1¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤N<=w- ¢ shall be lawful for the judge holding such term, on consent of both ` parties, or on arplplication therefor and good cause shown by either party to any ci cause set for trial or hearing at said term, to order such cause to be held or tried at the city of Newark, in said district, P,,,,,,;,,,_ upon the day set for that purpose bg said judge: Provided, That AvP“<=¤**¤¤¤ 1 such application shall be made to said judge, eit er in vacation or term time, at least one week before the date set for trial of said cause, and on at least five days' notice to the opposite party or his or her attorney; and writs of subpoena to compel the attendance of witnesses at said city of Newark may issue, and jurors summoned to attend said term may be ordered by said judge to be in attendance upon said court in the city of Newark. _ Sec. 97. The State of New York is divided into four judicial dis- §gyg•>¤kl75 tricts, to be known as the northern, eastern, southern, and western ’p' ' r districts of New York. The northern district shall include the ter- N<>¤=¤¢¤‘¤ di¤i¤¤¢~ ritory embracedon the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Alban? Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Clinton, Cortland, Delaware, Essex, ranklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswe o, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saint Lawrence, Saratoga, Schenectady, Sc§o— ` harie, Tioga, Tompkins,_Warren, and Washington, with the waters thereof. Terms of the district court for said district shall be held at T¤¤‘¤¤· Albany on the second Tuesday in February; at Utica on the first Tuesday in December; at Binghamton on the second Tuesday in June; at Auburn on the first Tuesday in October; at Syracuse on the first Tuesday in April; and, in the discretion of the jud e of the court one term annually at such time and place within the counties of Saratoga, Onondaga, Saint Lawrence, Clinton, Jefferson, Oswego, and Franklin, as he may from time to time appoint. Such appointment shall be made by notice of at least twenty days ublishcd in a newspaper published at the place where said courtis tolbe held. The Eeswm di¤¢¤¤¤- eastern district shall include the territory embraced on the first da of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Richmond}; Kings, Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk, with the waters thereof. Terms Termsof the district court for said district shall be held at Brooklyn on the _ _ first Wednesday in every month. The southern district shall include S°“‘h°"“ d‘S"‘°‘· the territory embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, New York, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester, with the waters thereof. Terms of the district court for said district Temshall he held at New York City on the first_ Tuesday in each month. York, Kings, Queens, Nassau, Richmond, and Suffolk, and overall R‘S"S°°‘°42‘ p‘°1‘ seizures made and all matters done in such waters; all processes or orders issued within either of said courts or by any judge thereof shall_run and be executed in any part of said waters.
