Th; eastern district shall include the territory embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, rn the counties of ` Anderson, Angelina, Cherokee, Gregg, Henderson, Houston, Nacogdoches, Panola, Rams, Rusk, Smit , Van `Zandt,_ and Wood, which shall constitute the Tyler division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Hardin, Jaslper, Jefferson, Liberty, Newton, Orange, Sabine, San Augustine, Shel y, and Tyler, which shall constitute the Beaumont division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Collin, Cook, Denton, Grayson, and Montague, which shall constitute the Sherman division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Camp, Cass, Harrison, Hopkins, Marion, Morris, and Upshur, which shall constitute the Jefferson division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Delta, Fannin, Red River, and Lamar, which shall constitute the Paris division; also the territo embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Bowie, Frarilklm , and Titus, which shall constitute the ‘¤`¢¤¤¤ Texarkana division.
