Mmd ¤¤<=¤· Pay of enlisted men, active list:_Pay of noncommissioned officers, musicians, and privates, as prescribe by law; and the number of enlisted men shall be exclusive of those undergoing imprisonment with sentence of dishonorable discharge from the service at expiration of such coniinement, and for the expenses of clerks of the United ` States Marine Corps traveling under orders, and including additional compensation for enlisted men of the Marine Corpsregularly detailed as gun pointers, mess sergeants, cooks, messmen, signalmen, or holdin good-conduct medals, pins, or bars, including interests on depositsiy enlisted men, post exchange debts of deserters, under such rules as the Secretary of the Navy may prescribe, and the authorized travel allowance of dbcharged enlisted men and for prizes for excellence in gunnery exercise and· target ractice, both afloat and ashore, two million seven hundred an iifiiy~two thousand six hundred and twenty-two dollars.
