CHAP. 1.-An Act To amend an Act entitled "An Act to amend an Act to ·l¤¤¤¤¤’¥ 7·I9i°· authorize the city of Saint Louis, a corporation organized under the laws of the State [H' R‘ 1*565] _ of Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River," approved January [Public, No. 12.] ninth, nineteen hundred and nine. ` Be itrenacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the city of Saint Louis ?i§§¥;¥g;§(};§’;m shall have authority to construct the bridge mentioned in the Act brid ing. bY sam entitled "An Act to amend an Act to authorize the city of Saint Louis, Mio ] 31°§f’g,_ 585, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River," approved January ninth, nineteen hundred and nine, under and subject to the limitations. and restrictions mentioned in the Act entitled "An Act to authorize vu. s4,p.4s1. the city of Saint Louis, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River," approved June twent —fifth, nineteen hundred and six, if the actual construction of the bridge therein authorized shall be commenced within one year from the approval of this Act and completed within three years from same date.
