[Public, No. 105.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Copper River and kcovper Riv<=r.A1¤¤+ Northwestern Railway Company, a corporation organized and existing iiogwr aim ups under the laws of the State of Nevada, is hereby authorized to con- fij? g',,‘§,°§;§,*yR,,‘{},1§ struct, operate, and maintain a bridge and its approaches thereto across *é§i¤z¤.b¤1<>w K¤t¤i¤¤ the Copper River, in the district of Alaska, low the mouth of the V"' Kotsina River, at a point suitable to the interests of nav§gation, about one and one—ha1f miles north of the mouth of the Chitina iver, on said com ny’s line of railroad designated and generally known as the Chitinaqiiranch of the Copper River and Northwestern Railway, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the V°*·“·1’·8‘· construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six; and are further authorized to m'1r:¤¤P<>¤‘¤Y ¤¤‘¤¢· construct, operate, and maintain a temporary bridge at. or near the . ` same point in accordance with the provisions of said Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters, said temporary bridge to be removed upon the completion of the bridge first above referred to.
