Aluminum, aluminum scrap, and a loys of any king in which ·*l¤l¤lm¤¤· emaluminum is the com onent material of chief value, in crude form, seven cents ppr pound; in plates, sheets, bars, and rods, eleven cents per pound; arium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium, and alloys of which said metals are the component maternal of chief value, three cents per pound and twently—five per centum ad valorem. 173. Antimony, as regulus or meta , one and one-half cents er **"‘*’¤°“Y· pound; antimony ore, stibnite and matte containing antimony, liiut not containing more than ten per centum of lead, one cent per pound on the antimony contents therein contained: Provided, That on all $$6 of 0,,, ,,, importations of antimony-bearing ores and matte containing anti- l>°¤*l*° ¤¤¤¢l¤¢¤~ mony the duties shall be estimated at the port of entry, and a bond given in double the amount of such estimated duties for the transportation of the ores by common carriers bonded for the transportation of appraised or unagpraised merchandise to properly eripipped sampling or smelting esta ishments, whether designated as onded _ warehouses or otherwise.
