No 91-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rqorese¢ztatives of the United Frederrcr ,,_Gr_y_ States of America in Congress assemhled That the Secretary of the Payment w eswe Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and duected to pay, out of °£ any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Nathan S. Gray, administrator of the estate of the late Frederick P. Gray, the sum of three hundred and fifty-six dollars and ten cents, and sand sum of three hundred and fifty-six dollars and ten cents is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury, the same being in lieu of gheck issued and returned to the Government by the said Frederick .
