McDougal, captain, United States Marine gorps, the sum of one thousand three hundred and fifteen dollars, said sum to be a payment in full for all losses of personal roperty incurred by him by reason of the destruc~ tion by tire of said) property while on duty with the rifle team of the United States Marine Corps, at Sea Girt, State of New Jersey, on the ninth day of June, nineteen hundred and nine.
