When the roll so made is completed, it shall be pre- p,g§§f°”*wh°¤°°m· sented to the said district court for final approval. If the commissioners disagree as to the proper status o any allottee, thai shall submit the question to the court for determination, upon suc final H Mmmm presentation of the roll. At least three weeks prior to presenting spglidai? the same for Bnal approval, the commission shall cause notice of the °“°°'· time and place of presenting the same to be published m three newsptapers of general circulation upon and around the White Earth eservation and in one daily newspaper in each of the cities of Saint Paul, Minneapolis and Duluth and shall cause copies of such notice to be posted in the agency offices at White Eart and Pine Point, and in the post offices at Beaulieu, _Mahnomen, Ogema, and Callaway, on the White Earth Reservation, and shall transmit a copy thereof to the Secretary of the Interior. Any person interested therein may be heard upon such Bnal application touching the status of any person named upon such roll whose status has not already been passed upon by the court. The court shall receive and consider all evidence submitted touching disputed cases and shall Bx the status of every such person in accordance with the facts as the court may find them to be. When the commission has completed the roll and Fi¤¤¤x>m¤v¤1· all disputed cases have been determined by the court, an order or decree of Bnal a. proval shall be made and engrossed upon the roll. The roll so made; and Bnally approved by the court, as aforesaid, shall be filed, one copy with the clerk of said court, one copy at the agency office at White Earth, and one copy with the Secretavxéyuof mmm t e Interior. The copi of the roll Bled at the agency office at 'te ’°t°‘ Earth shall at all times e open to (public inspection, and co ies thereof may be made and filed for recor with the bréegisters of dldeds of the various counties in which the lands descri therein are situated and such roll, when so made, approved, and Bled shall be final and conclusive as to the facts stated therein, and shall be deemed a record of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and P,,,,,_,,,_,_ entitled to be received in evidence as such: Promkled, however, That APDWS- appeals as in other cases of final decrees in equity in said court may Sum mu tt be taken by an party in interest: And provided further, That the mu, ° ° °°°°° determination of, status, as provided herein, shall not, in the case of any allottee upon the roll so made, be taken to be a determination of the right of such allottee to have or to have had an allotment on the sa1d reservation, or to be enrolled on the tribal rolls thereof. _ Ex uses, M AL That the commission is hereby empowered to employ such clerical xwelie ' and other assistance and to incur such expense, including travehng expenses, as may required in connection with the work of enrollment, and the said district court shall fix the compensation to be received by the commissioners and such persons as they may employ.
