There is hereby made available $50,000 of any tribal funds now in &°,,,k§&I“,‘,§’,§;}’,,·p_ the Treasug of the United States to the credit of the Blackfeet y<¤&_¤¢¤—. ¤·¤¤¤¢riM Indians of ontana, for expenditure by the Secretary of the Interior, lm under such regulations as he may prescribe, for the romotion of civilization and self-·support among the Indians resiging on and having tribal rights on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation.
