All the laws applicable to places under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the United States s all have force and effect in said park. All fu `- tives from justice taking refuge in said dpark shall be subject to tile same laws as refugees from justice foun in the State of Montana. _ _ SEQ. 2. _That said park shall constitute a part of the United States uQ$§§{§‘,;,°§g§§,‘gQP‘ 'ud1c1al_ district of Montana, and the district court of the United liltates m and for said district shall have jurisdiction of all offenses committed within said boundaries. _ Sec. 3. That if any offense shall be committed in the Glacier ,, ;‘§,°‘;{mg; National Park, which offense is not prohibited or the punishment is ism not specifsicallkgprovided for by any law of the United States, the otfen er shall subject to the same punishment as the laws of the State of Montana in orce at the time of the commission of the oiiense may provide for a like offense in said State- and nc subsequent repeal of any such law of the State of Montana shall aiiect any prosecution for said offense committed within said park.
