Each despatch of a Parcel Post mail must be accompanied by a D°°‘”°‘*"°u°°’ descriptive list, in duplhcate, of all the parcels sent, showing distinctly the list number of eac parcel, the name of the sender, the name of the addressee and his address, and the declared contents. and value; and PM lm must be enclosed in one of the boxes or sacks of such despatch (see ’°' Form 3 annexed hereto). _ ARTICLE IX. b The stipulations of this Convention aopply exclusively to the mails herein provided for and to be exchang between the office of Neva York and such offices within the United States as may be designated hereafter by the Postmaster General of the United Statw and the office of Monrovia and such other offices in Liberia as may be designated hereafter by the Postmaster General of Liberia. If no verification certificate or note of error received, a umy. parcel mail shall be considered as duly dehvered, having been found on examination correct in all respects. ARTICLE XI. 1.
