The lands herein eliminated from the Gunnison National Forest are d,§j}n*¤}g§;}g;’s§u“'{,*°**;· hereby withdrawn under the Act of June twentlydifth, nineteen hun- ae _ ’ dred and ten (36 Stat., 847), as amended léy the ct of August twenty- $§{j§$j{,’jf,{;j fourth, nineteen hundred and twelve (37 tat., 497), for c assification, and will, when compatible with the public interests, be restored to settlement and entry under the laws ap licable thereto on such dates as shall be fixed by the Secretary of thellnterior and after such notice as he may deem advisable. It is not intended by this proclamation to release any land from ·*”° °“°°‘°‘*· reservation except the areas indicated on the diagram as eliminated, nor to reserve any land not heretofore embraced in a National Forest.
