The permit shall be ` canceled, ke t, andy retained on file for at least one fyear by the pharmacist so said pure alcohol, and the copy o said permit shall be, by the harmacist, conspicuously pasted upon the receptacle containing said alcohol, and shall so‘remain upon said receptacle so long as the same shall contain alcohol.  Sec. 14. That it shall be unlawful for any person to import, ship,
