P Sec. 2. That the parts thereof constructed prior to June fourteenth, 1eg¤&°°”°""°°°'° nineteen hundred and sixteen, are hereby egalized subject to the provisions of this Act. R Sec. 3. That in addition to the provisions of the above-mentioned s1wi°5}°m$`$r;°° t° Acts respecting alterations or removal of the structure herein authorized the right IS hereby reserved to require its alteration or removal, at the expense of the persons ownm, controlling, or operating the structure, in the event that the Uni States improve the Mahonin River for navigation or participate in the improvement thereof, and in the event that interests other than the United States improve the river for navigation the right is reserved to require alteration or removal of that portion of the structure built subsequent to June fourteenth, nineteen hundred and sixteen, the expense thereof to be a matter for adjustment between the Liaisons owning, controlling, or operating the structure and those ma g the improvement.
